Documents required are as follow:
Original of certificate of free sale duly signed and sealed by Ministry of Health, and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Wisma Putra).
Commercial invoice with company’s letterhead signed and stamped.
Instructions about payment will be given at the counter.
