Documents required are as follows:
Original of Certificate of Analysis duly signed and sealed by the authority concerned such as Ministry of Health or Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-based Industry, and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Wisma Putra).
Covering letter with company’s letterhead and seal.
