1. Application form dully filled. (Download it here)
2. 4 copies, signed in original, with the list of the goods to be exported (see example here). If you present a list of goods given by a moving company, it is important to describe on the list: brand, model and serial number of all electronic/electric devices.

3. Passport of the applicant with at least 6 months of validity.
4. Valid Mexican temporary residence visa/card.
5. Present a written request (freestyle) declaring the obligation of the applicant to return the goods (out of Mexico) and if the address within Mexico changes, the applicant shall notify the customs authorities.
