ACERCAMIENTO ENTRE LOS PAÍSES LATINOAMERICANOS Y HUNGRÍA
A LATIN-AMERIKAI ORSZÁGOK ÉS MAGYARORSZÁG KÖZELEDÉSE

Hoy se celebró una reunión de trabajo entre el Grupo Latinoamericano de Jefes de Misión acreditados ante Hungría con la diputada Mónika Bartos, vicepresidente del Grupo Amistad Hungría-Latinoamérica de la Asamblea Nacional de Hungría.

La reunión tuvo lugar en las instalaciones de la Embajada del Ecuador en Hungría, presidida por el Embajador Jaime Barberis. Los embajadores de Brasil, Cuba, Chile, Ecuador, México, Venezuela, el segundo de la misión de Argentina se reunieron con la diputada Mónika Bartos acompañada por el Embajador Itinerante de Hungría ante Ecuador, Csaba Pólyi, y el vicedirector de la Oficina de Relaciones Exteriores de la Asamblea Nacional de Hungría, Dr. Gábor Tóth.

Los temas tratados fueron las propuestas de ambas partes para estrechar los vínculos de Hungría con la región, así como los posibles instrumentos para dar mayor visibilidad a los avances logrados.

Las dos partes colaborarán en los eventos y comisiones que servirán para llevar a cabo dicho acercamiento. Las áreas de cooperación entre Hungría y América Latina son muy diversas, siendo destacadas las de cultura, educación, ciencia y tecnología, así como las comerciales.

A találkozó helyszíne az Ecuadori Nagykövetség volt, és a megbeszélést Jaime Barberis nagykövet vezette. Brazília, Kuba, Chile, Ecuador, Mexikó, Venezuela nagykövetei és az argentin nagykövetség második titkára megbeszélést tartott Bartos Mónika képviselő asszonnyal, akit Pólyi Csaba, Magyarország ecuadori utazó nagykövete, és a Magyar Parlament Külkapcsolati Irodájának igazgatója, Dr. Tóth Gábor kísért el.

Mindkét fél javaslatot tett arra, hogyan lehetne a Magyarország és a régió közötti szálakat szorosabbra fűzni, illetve arról is szó volt, hogy az elért eredményeket hogyan lehetne láthatóbbá tenni.

Mindkét fél közösen fog dolgozni olyan rendezvények és küldöttségek megvalósításán, melyek az említett közeledést szolgálják. Számos területen jöhet létre együttműködés Magyarország és Latin-Amerika között, de kiemelt fontossággal bírnak a kultúra, az oktatás, a tudomány és technológia illetve a kereskedelmi kapcsolatok.

EL PRESIDENTE ENRIQUE PEÑA NIETO REÚNE CON SU EL PRESIDENTE BARACK OBAMA EN MÉXICO

ENRIQUE PEÑA NIETO MEXIKÓ ELNÖKE BARACK OBAMA AMERIKAI ELNÖKKEL TALÁLKOZOTT MEXIKÓBAN

A invitación del Presidente Enrique Peña Nieto, el Presidente Barack Obama viajó a la Ciudad de México el 2 y 3 de mayo para discutir el amplio rango de temas bilaterales, regionales y globales que unen a Estados Unidos y México, y que inciden en la vida diaria de ciudadanos de ambos países. Con base en su positiva reunión inicial en Washington, D.C. en noviembre pasado, los dos presidentes renovaron su compromiso con la relación entre México y Estados Unidos.

Con un horizonte de cuatro años en los que sus respectivas presidencias coincidirán, los dos líderes señalaron la importancia de aprovechar las oportunidades existentes, así como el entusiasmo y optimismo que se derivan de una nueva etapa en la relación bilateral. Los presidentes subrayaron la importancia estratégica de la relación bilateral y expresaron su deseo de generar una cooperación aún mayor entre sus dos naciones. Específicamente, los presidentes se enfocaron en: 1) la competitividad económica; 2) los vínculos entre ambas sociedades; 3) el liderazgo en temas regionales y globales; y 4) la seguridad ciudadana.

Egy korábbi, tavaly novemberben, Washingtonban sikeresen létrejött találkozó után, a két elnök ismételten megerősítette elkötelezettségét Mexikó és az Egyesült Államok közötti jó viszony iránt.

Az elkövetkezendő négy évet tekintve, amely periódusban elnökségük egybe esik, a két vezető a már létező lehetőségek lehető legjobb kiaknázásának fontosságát hangoztatta valamint hangot adott annak az optimizmusnak és bizakodásnak, amellyel a kétoldalú kapcsolatok egy új szakaszából fakadnak. Mindkét elnök kiemelte a kétoldalú kapcsolatok stratégiai fontosságát, és a két nemzet közötti még összefonottabb együttműködés előidézését, külön figyelemmel az alábbi témákra: 1) gazdasági versenyképesség; 2) a két társadalom közötti kapcsolatok; 3) a globális és regionális ügyekben való vezetői képesség és végül 4) az állampolgárok biztonsága.

THIS IS THE START OF A NEW STAGE OF WORKERS, EMPLOYERS AND THE AUTHORITIES JOINING FORCES: EPN

As part of the commemoration of Labor Day, President Enrique Peña Nieto urged society to turn this May 1 into “The beginning of a new stage of synergies between workers, employers and authorities,” because, “It is time for all production factors to close ranks and contribute to the greatness of our country.”

Addressing representatives of the workers and employers sectors, gathered in the Adolfo López Mateos Hall of the official residence of Los Pinos, President Peña Nieto expressed his satisfaction at participating in a meeting, “Which brings together production factors, the engine of Mexico’s economy, the engine of development in a harmonious atmosphere, in a climate of civility, political maturity where everyone shares the same spirit of wanting to help Mexico move, transform and advance along the path of development, growth, opportunities for workers and growth opportunities for all those with an entrepreneurial spirit.

He expressed his congratulations and appreciation to the workers, “For maintaining this spirit of cooperation and civility, and above all wanting to serve the highest purpose Mexicans have today: create a climate of peace and prosperity for the development of the nation.”

No doubt, he added, “This is a different way, as we want Mexico to be, of commemorating International Labor Day.”

The President said that the government is an ally in ensuring respect for and protection of workers’ rights and in promoting the creation of new and better sources of employment.

He noted that currently three out of every five jobs in Mexico are informal; in other words, 60 percent of the country’s workers do not have the protection of the legal and institutional framework. Suffice it to say, he added, “That those working in the formal sector earn 44 percent more on average than those in the informal sector.”

Therefore, President Peña Nieto stressed that, “We are guiding the state’s efforts towards creating formal jobs and facilitating the transition to formal employment. Formal employment should be the face of the more productive, more competitive Mexico we all want.”

He said the government is promoting a labor policy based on four lines of action: The first is the promotion of the creation of formal quality jobs. Within this line of action, he explained that the financial reform to be presented in coming days, “It will contribute to growth and job generation,” while the Tax Reform bill to be submitted this year seeks to encourage formality.

The second line of action is to democratize productivity, and as part of this, over the new few days, the government will set up a National Productivity Committee, a tripartite advisory body that will help the president and the productive sector with decision-making in order to facilitate its development.

The third line of action is to safeguard the rights of workers. Yesterday, the Official Gazette published a decree that fosters the joint responsibility of employers to ensure the best health and safety conditions in the workplace by encouraging self-evaluation and submitting reports on the Internet.

The fourth line of action is to maintain industrial peace. “Productivity and competitiveness will be achieved in full harmony with workers’ fundamental rights. In that way, we will keep the paths of peace and labor harmony open,” he said.

EL PRESIDENTE ENRIQUE PEÑA NIETO REALIZÓ VIAJE DE TRABAJO A PERÚ

ENRIQUE PEÑA NIETO, MEXIKÓ ELNÖKE MUNKALÁTOGATÁSON JÁRT PERUBAN

El Presidente Enrique Peña Nieto cumplió una visita de trabajo de dos días en Lima el martes y miércoles, que tuvo entre sus objetivos el fortalecimiento de las relaciones con Perú -un socio estratégico de México en la región- y participar también en la 8ª Reunión del Foro Económico Mundial para América Latina.

El Ejecutivo mexicano sostuvo un encuentro bilateral con su homólogo peruano, Ollanta Humala Tasso, con quien revisaron diversos temas de las agendas bilateral y multilateral, en particular los mecanismos para seguir impulsando los intercambios comerciales y de inversión. En el foro económico, el Presidente Peña Nieto promovió las oportunidades de negocios que ofrece el país y participó en las sesiones en torno a temas como la modernización de las economías de América Latina; el fortalecimiento de las sociedades a través de la innovación; la creación de condiciones favorables para el desarrollo sustentable bajo el enfoque de crecimiento con calidad y el establecimiento de sociedades inclusivas.

A mexikói államfő a perui vezetővel, Ollanta Humala Tasso-val tartott találkozója során számos kétoldalú és nemzetközi témát megvitattak, különös tekintettel a kereskedelmi és befektetői együttműködések kölcsönös ösztönzését lehetővé tevő mechanizmusokra. Az említett gazdasági fórumon Peña Nieto az országában rejlő üzleti lehetőségeket igyekezett népszerűsíteni, valamint hozzászólt a fórum olyan kiemelt témáihoz, mint a latin-amerikai gazdaságok modernizálása, az innovációra épülő társadalom megerősítése valamint a fenntartható fejlődéshez szükséges feltételek megteremtése, a minőségre alapuló növekedés és a befogadó társadalom létrehozása mellett.
