MEXICAN PASSPORT
REQUIREMENTS:
ADULTS
• Appear in person to the Embassy.
• Fill out the application by hand with black ink (provided in the Consular Section of the Embassy).
• 4 recent photographs, passport size (3.5 x 4.5 cm), front, white background, bare head and without lenses. They must be current (no more than 30 days). The passport can be renewed for 3, 6 or 10 years
• Present the following documents:
- Original and 2 copies of the current passport (first and last page).
- Original and 2 copies of the birth certificate.
- Original and 2 copies of other Mexican identifications (e.g. INE, driver's license, etc...).
• Consular fees:
Three years 278 SAR (Saudi Riyal)
Six years 379 SAR (Saudi Riyal)
Ten years 510 SAR (Saudi Riyal)
MINORS
• Appear in person to the Embassy accompanied by both parents, tutors or legal guardians.
• Fill out the application by hand with black ink (provided in the Consular Section of the Embassy).
• 4 recent photographs, passport size (3.5 x 4.5 cm), front, white background, bare head and without lenses. They must be current (no more than 30 days). The passport can be renewed for 1, 3, or 6 years
• Present the following documents:
- Original and 2 copies of the minor’s current passport (first and last page).
- Original and 2 copies of either parents, tutors or legal guardians’ current passports (first and last page).
- Original and 2 copies of the minor’s birth certificate.
- Original and 2 copies of other Mexican identifications (e.g. INE, driver's license, school ID, etc...).
• Consular fees:
One year 120 SAR (Saudi Riyal)
Three years 278 SAR (Saudi Riyal)
Six years 379 SAR (Saudi Riyal)

NOTE 2: For children under 3 years, the passport can only be for one year. In the case, of children three years old or more, the passports can be issued for a year, three or six.
