The General Secretariat and the Culture Division Extension, share the call for the "International Image Competition 2020" of the International Image Festival (FINI) 2020, coordinated by the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo and its Patronage. It should be noted that, in its tenth edition, the contest revolves around the theme "Water", the categories are students and professionals to participate in the genres: photography, documentary video, poster and alternative techniques.
The Call is open to Mexican and foreign artists until January 26, 2020 and registration takes place online, on the portal: www.fini.mx
