- Holders of a valid Canada, US, Japan, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, or any of the Schengen Area countries, regardless of their nationality, do NOT need a visa to visit Mexico. - According to Mexican Law, presenting altered or false documents for official purposes is a crime. Applicants who do so will be registered permanently and will not be eligible to obtain a Mexican visa. The Consular Section might share information with local authorities.
- Documents in Arabic must be translated into Spanish by an official translator. Official documents issued in English are accepted.
- Once you gather the required documents, schedule an appointment by calling +962 6 593 99 71/74. Business hours are 9:00 AM to 14:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
- All applicants must undertake a consular interview. Biometrics will be taken (digital photo and fingerprints).
- Additional documents may be requested by the Consular Section.
- Visa processing will take maximum 10 working days. In the case of missing documents, applicants must submit the additional required documents within these 10 days.
- Visa fee is $54 US dollars. You will have to pay the exact amount in USD at any Arab Bank Office.

Minors travelling to Mexico
- For minors travelling to Mexico, both parents will have to submit personally the visa application.
- In case one of the parents is not able to submit personally the application, the other parent has to submit a notarized authorization or document issued by local authorities, in which the absent parent consents his child to obtain a Mexican visa.
- In the case of minors whose parental authority only corresponds to one of the parents by judicial sentence, a certified copy of the official document will have to be submitted.

- Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance.
- In color, without retouching or Photoshop.
- 4 cm x 3 cm.
- Plain white or off-white background.
- Full-face view directly facing the camera.
- Neutral facial expression and both eyes open.
- Full face must be visible, without glasses, ornaments or large earrings.

القاصرون الذين يودون السفر إلى المكسيك
- بالنسبة للقاصرين المسافرين إلى المكسيك، فعلى الوالدين الحضور كلاهما برفقة القاصر/القاصرة وإحضار جميع الوثائق المطلوبة.
- في حال عدم مقدرة أحد الوالدين على الحضور، فعلى الطرف المُتَغيِّب تقديم تفويض مصادق عليه لدى كاتب العدل أو وثيقة صادرة عن السلطات المحلية والتي يعرب/تعرب فيها عن موافقته/ها على منح ابنه/ابنته-ها تأشيرة السفر إلى المكسيك، على أن يكون التفويض أو تلك الوثيقة مترجمة للغة الإسبانية.
- في حالة القاصرين الذين تقتصر السلطة الأبوية على أحد الوالدين بموجب حكم قضائي، يجب تقديم نسخة مصدقة من تلك الوثيقة الرسمية إضافة إلى ترجمتها للغة الإسبانية.
