OFERTA EDUCATIVA PARA PERSONAS MEXICANAS EN EL EXTERIOR – ciesdemex The Consortium of Higher Education Institutions for the Development of Mexicans Abroad, CIESDEMEX is a Nonprofit organization, where the Ministry of Public Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs established an agreement to strengthen the Mexican communities abroad, with the integration of 57 Higher Education Mexican Institutions offering facilities for accessing comprehensive and quality education.
