The National Council of Humanities, Sciences and Technologies formulates and finances scholarship programs and, in general, provides support for the training of researchers and scientists in their various modalities, as well as integrates information on scholarship programs offered by other national institutions, international organizations and foreign governments, in order to optimize resources in this area and establishes coordination schemes, under the terms of the calls issued for such purpose..

U.S.-Mexico Commission for Educational and Cultural Exchange (COMEXUS)

Comexus is a binational organization that is in charge of administering the "Fulbright-García Robles" scholarship programs. Through these scholarships, COMEXUS supports students, researchers and teachers to carry out postgraduate studies, research stays, teaching and professionalization programs in the United States and Mexico.

Education USA is a U.S. Department of State network of more than 430 international student counseling centers in more than 175 countries. The network provides accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on opportunities to study at accredited postsecondary institutions in the United.

It is a platform of the Ministry of Public Education that provides updated information on the services and educational offer offered by the Mexican government to nationals living outside the country, especially those who reside or return from the United States. Education Programs of the Institute of Mexicans Abroad (IME):

The IME is a decentralized body of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that addresses community initiatives and needs of Mexicans who live and work outside our country. CIESDEMEX

OFERTA EDUCATIVA PARA PERSONAS MEXICANAS EN EL EXTERIOR – ciesdemex

The Consortium of Higher Education Institutions for the Development of Mexicans Abroad, CIESDEMEX is a Nonprofit organization, where the Ministry of Public Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs established an agreement to strengthen the Mexican communities abroad, with the integration of 57 Higher Education Mexican Institutions offering facilities for accessing comprehensive and quality education.

The Open Doors report is published annually by the Institute of International Education (IIE), with funding from the Department of State (DoS).
