Requirements:

1.       Visa application (one for each traveler)

·        Duly completed in English or Spanish (Latin characters) and signed by the applicant. The email to apply for a visa must be addressed by the interested party, not by a third party.

·        In the case of minors or people with an intellectual disability, BOTH PARENTS or those with legal guardianship must sign the application form.

 

2.      Passport

·        It must be valid for at least six months from the estimated entry date into Mexico.

·        Good quality photocopies of pages containing the following personal data:

o   Passport number, signature, validity period or renewals.

o   Original and photocopies of previous passports, visas, and entry stamps.

 

3.      Visa application fee : Consular fees.

·        PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the visa application result.

·        Payment is in cash, ONLY IN US DOLLARS, on the day of the interview with banknotes in good condition issued after 2007.

 

4.     One recent color photograph (no older than 30 days)

·        Size: 3.5 x 2.5 cm, white background, NO DIGITAL RETOUCHING (NO PHOTOSHOP).

·        The face must be uncovered, without glasses or any ornament.

 

5.      The following documents in original and photocopies:

a)     If you are the spouse of a Mexican person: A marriage certificate issued by the competent authority and original certificate of your family book ("keed aily"    قيد عائلى), translated to Spanish.

b)     If you are the parent of a Mexican person or a person with permanent Mexican residency, the birth certificate of your child.

c)     If you are the spouse of a Mexican person and the procedure is for your foreign child only if he or she is a child or adolescent and has not married or is in a state of interdiction and is under your legal representation: birth certificate of the minor and your marriage certificate or proof of concubinage or equivalent figure issued by the competent authority.

 

6.     Document proving the Mexican nationality of your spouse, child, or parent in original and copy.

 

 

For this procedure it is ESSENTIAL that your spouse, parent or child PHYSICALLY ACCOMPANIES YOU to present the documents on the day of the interview. It is the applicant's responsibility to submit the COMPLETE requirements on the day of the interview.

  • According to the Mexican Migration Law, the visa issuance does not guarantee authorization to enter Mexico; the final decision is subject to the approval of the immigration and health authorities at the point of entry.

المتطلبات:

1.طلب التأشيرة (  تأشيرة فردية)

·       يتم تقديم  نموذج طلب التأشيرة  شخصيا باللغة الإنجليزية أو الأسبانية موقع عليها من صاحب الشأن.  يجب على المواطن الراغب فى الحصول على التأشيرة إرسال الطلب إلى البريد الإلكترونى بنفسه ، و لا يسمح قيام شخص أخر بالتقديم بالنيابة عنه>

·       فى حالة الأطفال القصر، أو الأشخاص ذو الإعاقة الذهنية، يجب أن تقديم نموذج طلب التأشيرة موقعا عليه من كلا الأبوين الوصيان عليه

2.جواز السفر:

·       يجب ان يكون جواز السفر صالحا لمدة ستة أشهر على الاقل من التاريخ المتوقع لدخول المكسيك

·       يجب أن ترفق نسخ واضحة من الصفحات التى تحتوى على البيانات الشخصية و رقم جواز السفر وإمضاء صاحب جواز السفر ومدة الصلاحية:

o      رقم جواز السفر، التوقيع، فترة الصلاحية أو التجديدات

o      إرفاق أصل وصور جوازات السفر السابقة والتأشيرات السابقة وأختام الدخول

3.تكلفة مصاريف طلب التأشيرة الرسوم القنصلية

·       المبلغ المدفوع لا يرد بغض النظر عن نتيجة المقابلة القنصلية

·       يتم دفع رسوم التأشيرة كاش بالدولار الأمريكى فقط  فى يوم اجراء المقابلة القنصلية ويراعى أن تكون الأوراق المالية التى  سيتم بها دفع الرسوم  فى حالة جيدة وصادره بعد 2007.

4.   صورة فوتوغرافية حديثة (تاريخ التصوير لا تزيد عن 30 يوم).

·       يجب أن تكون الصورة مقاس x 2,5  3,5 سم، خلفية بيضاء،  خالية من أى تلاعب رقمى (بدون فوتوشوب).

·       يجب أن يكون الوجه مكشوفاً بدون نظارة أو زينة من أى نوع.

5.تقديم المستندات التالية من أصل و صورة :

أ) لو كنت زوج لأحد الأشخاص المقيمين بشكل دائم أو مؤقت بالمكسيك :  شهادة زواج صادرة من الجهات المعنية واصل القيد العائلى الخاص بك مترجم الى اللغه الاسبانيه.ت) لو كان الإجراء لأبن أو أبنة  لأحد الأشخاص المقيمين بشكل دائم أو مؤقت بالمكسيك : شهادة الميلاد ، فى حالة كونه قاصر/قاصرة أو مراهق ، و لم يتزوج ، أو ليس لديه أهلية قضائية ، أو تحت الوصاية الشرعية: شهادة ميلاد الطفل.

ث) إذا كان الأجراء من أجل أبن ( غير مكسيكى) لزوج أو لزوجة أحد الأشخاص المقيمين بشكل دائم أو مؤقت بالمكسيك، فى حالة كونه قاصر/قاصرة أو مراهق ، و لم يتزوج ، أو ليس لديه أهلية قضائية ، أو تحت الوصاية الشرعية: شهادة ميلاد الطفل، و شهادة الزواج صادرة من الجهات المعنية.

6) بطاقة الإقامة المؤقتة أو الدائمة صالحة و سارية

7) فقط فى حالة أن الشخص الراغب فى استخراج التاشيرة  لأحد أقاربه يكون طالبا  مقيما  بشكل مؤقت أو دائم  / يجب أن يحضر: شهادة من المؤسسة التعليمية التى يدرس بها .

و يجب أن يتضمن الخطاب ما يلى:

·       الأسم بالكامل للطالب المقيم لإقامة مؤقتة أو دائمة ، الراغب فى لم شمل الأسرة

·       التأكيد على استمرارية وضع  الطالب  الدراسى

 

لإتمام هذا الإجراء من الضرورى حضور الزوج، أو الزوجة، الأب أو الأبن شخصيا لتقديم المستندات يوم المقابلة القنصلية ، و تقع مسؤلية تسليم المستندات المطلوبة كاملة على صاحب الشأن

·       كل المستندات المقدمة للسفارة للحصول على التأشيرة لا يتم استردادها بغض النظر عن نتيجة طلب التاشيرة المقدم.

·       طبقا لأحكام قانون الهجرة المكسيكى، إصدار التأشيرة لا يضمن لحاملها دخول المكسيك. يتوقف قرار الدخول النهائى على موافقة سلطات الصحة و الهجرة فى ميناء الدخول

 Requisitos:

1.       Solicitud de visa (una por cada viajero)

Formato de Solicitud de Visa

Formato visa 2024 ESP

·        Debidamente llenada en inglés o español y firmada por el solicitante. El correo electrónico para solicitar una visa debe de ser dirigido por el interesado, no por un tercero.

·        En el caso de menores o personas con alguna discapacidad intelectual, la solicitud deberá estar firmada por AMBOS PADRES o por quienes ejercen la patria potestad.

 

2.      Pasaporte

·        Válido mínimo por seis meses a partir de la fecha estimada de entrada a México.

·        Fotocopias de buena calidad de las páginas que contienen los siguientes datos personales:

o   Número de pasaporte, firma, período de validez o renovaciones.

o   Original y fotocopias de pasaportes previos, visas y sellos de entrada.

 

3.      Cubrir el del trámite de solicitud de visa TARIFAS CONSULARES.

·        El PAGO NO ES REEMBOLSABLE independientemente del resultado de la entrevista.

·        El pago es en efectivo, EN DÓLARES, el día de la entrevista con billetes en buen estado emitidos después de 2007.

 

4.     Una fotografía a color reciente (no mayor a 30 días)

·        Tamaño: 3.5 x 2.5 cm, fondo blanco, SIN RETOQUE DIGITAL (NO PHOTOSHOP).

·        La cara deberá estar descubierta, sin anteojos o cualquier tipo de ornamentos.

 

5.      Los siguientes documentos en original y fotocopias:

a)     Si eres cónyuge de una persona con residencia mexicana temporal o permanente: Acta de matrimonio emitida por autoridad competente y original de tu libro de familia ("keed aily"    قيد عائلى), con traducción al español.

b)     Si eres padre de una persona con residencia mexicana temporal o permanente: acta de nacimiento de tu hijo(a).

c)     Si el trámite es para un hijo(a) de una persona con residencia mexicana temporal o permanente: acta de nacimiento, siempre y cuando sea niña, niño o adolescente y no haya contraído matrimonio o se encuentre en estado de interdicción y esté bajo tu representación legal: acta de nacimiento del menor.

d)     Si el trámite es para un hijo extranjero del cónyuge de una persona con residencia mexicana temporal o permanente: acta de nacimiento, siempre y cuando sea niña, niño o adolescente y no haya contraído matrimonio o se encuentre en estado de interdicción y esté bajo tu representación legal: el acta de nacimiento del menor y tu acta de matrimonio emitida por autoridad competente.

 

6.     Visa o tarjeta de residencia temporal o de residente permanente VÁLIDA Y VIGENTE.

 

7.     ÚNICAMENTE en el caso de que la persona con quien acreditas vínculo familiar sea residente temporal o permanente estudiante: Carta o constancia emitida por la institución educativa en la que el extranjero estudia.

La carta debe de contener lo siguiente:

·        Nombre completo del residente temporal o permanente estudiante con quien acreditas vínculo familiar.

·        Indicar que la persona continúa con sus estudios.

 

Para este trámite es ESENCIAL que tu pareja, padre o hijo TE ACOMPAÑE FÍSICAMENTE a presentar los documentos el día de la entrevista. Es responsabilidad del solicitante entregar los requisitos COMPLETOS el día de la entrevista.

تأشيرة ترانزيت

 

إعتبارًا من 22 أكتوبر 2023، يجب تحقق هذا الشرط من أجل السفر على رحلة طيران متجهة إلى الأراضي المكسيكية.

لا توجد تأشيرة ترانزيت بالمكسيك، لذا  إذا كنت بحاجة إلى تأشيرة لدخول الأراضي المكسيكية،  وترغب المرور عبر المطارات المكسيكية الدولية، فتذكر أنه يجب أن يكون لديك تأشيرة سياحية، بغض النظر عن المدة التي يستغرقها تواجدك بالترانزيت فى المطار.
