EXHIBITION INSPIRED IN FRIDA KAHLO PRESENTED IN THE UK
LONDON, United Kingdom, 05 August 2016.- The “Menier Gallery” in south London presents the exhibition ‘Lust for Life’, based on the work of the world-known Mexican artist Frida Kahlo.
In order to celebrate life and work of the talented artist, the exhibition, opened from 4th – 31st August, will be showing the work of 42 international artists who have align their creativity by gaining inspiration from artist Frida Kahlo. Her rich and varied lust for life provides many artistic seeds for this multi-media show.
The organisation The Artists’ Pool and Menier Gallery, in collaboration with the Embassy of Mexico in the UK, present –through different styles- works displaying the most important moments of Kahlo’s life.
This exhibition is part of the series of events about Frida Kahlo in the UK, displaying one of the most original approaches of the emblematic artist of the 20th century.
