The renowned Mexican singer / songwriter Julieta Venegas presents her first London show in almost nine years as part of her tour "Parte Mia" which contains her greatest hits (Me Voy, Limón y Sal, Walk with Me, etc.) along with many other highlights from her back catalogue in a stripped-down, accordion-led, organic and intimate format. |

Since her debut in the 1990s, Julieta has taken the traditional Mexican ranchera influences to new directions and has absorbed a whole host of twenty-first century styles. Growing up in Tijuana she became part of the border city’s first-wave forays into fusions of ska, reggae, rock and Mexican regional music. Julieta Venegas had great successes with her album "Si" and "Limón y Sal", and she composed and interpreted the track of the film Amores Perros, directed by the Oscar-winer Alejandro González Iñárritu. She has sold eight million records, and has also won a Grammy, six Latin Grammys and eight MTV awards. Tonight she will be accompanied by her regular collaborators, Matias Silva and Sergio Saavedra.
