As part of a cultural exchange with Mexico’s School of Gastronomy and Tourism from the University of Anahuac Mayab of Mérida, Yucatán, Le Cordon Bleu School London, the prestigious school world-renowned for its academic excellence in the culinary arts, will be welcoming two successful Mexican chefs, Fernando Hernández and Eli López, that will give a Mexican cuisine demo. The demo will be focused in the preparation of “Mexican-Yucatecan–Maya Cuisine", which is characterized by its broad mix of recipes and ingredients, its strong Mayan influence and, its use of exotic condiments. |
