The 5th Edition of the Latin American Food Show (LAFS) to be held, in Cancun, Quintana Roo, from the 8th to the 10th of September, 2010.
The main goal of this grand exhibition is to offer participants a mix of flavors and products from over 20 countries in the region by gathering the exportable products and services of the food and beverage industries from the entire Latin-American region, in a single location.
It is worth mentioning that LAFS is the largest food and beverage trade show in Latin America. During the 4th edition of the festival, LAFS attracted 2,309 foreign buyers from 31 countries and 423 enterprises which covered approximately 8,000 food and beverage products. The volume of business reached 30.15 million dollars which offers a very good idea of the potential of the fair.
