Elektronik vize sistemi sadece Türkiye Cumhuriyeti umuma mahsus (bordo) pasaport sahipleri içindir. Eğer Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hususi (yeşil) veya hizmet (gri) pasaport sahibi iseniz, ilgili vize için en yakın Meksika Konsolosluğuna başvurmalısınız.

 

Hususi (yeşil) veya hizmet (gri) pasaport sahipleri elektronik vize ile Meksika'ya giremez.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

1.     Passport - valid for at least six months.

 

2.     Application form duly filled personally by the applicant (printed in one page, double sided with the date of the appointment). You can download the “Application Form” here 

 

3.     One recent color biometric photograph, white background, without glasses. (Photos with the head covered are accepted only if the applicant appears veiled in her/his passport)

 

 

4.     Original Cover letter from employer stating position, montlhy salary, period that the applicant has worked, company registration number and contact information*

 

5.     Original of Payslips* - of the last 3 months, signed and stamped by the employer company.

 

6.     Original Personal bank account statements* - of the last 3 months, signed and stamped by the bank.

7.     Photocopy of the passport (data page and last page)

 

8.     Visa fee $36.00 USD. The embassy will provide bank details with the confirmation of the appointment. Payment must be done before the interview takes place. (The visa fee is not refundable regardless of the result of the application)

 

9.     Without exceptions the applicant must go personally to the consular office for biometric process and interview.

Having a Mexican visa gives the possibility to travel to the country, but the entry to Mexican territory is subject to the final decision of the Immigration and Health Authorities in the point of entry.

 

It is responsibility of the applicant to verify if it is necessary to hold a transit visa of the flight stopover country or countries.

Detalles

Los requisitos para que un ciudadano mexicano obtenga su pasaporte, varían según la edad y estado civil del solicitante.

Personas nacidas en el extranjero, hijos de padre o madre mexicanos e hijos de padre o madre extranjeros nacidos en México, tienen derecho a la nacionalidad mexicana y pueden tramitar pasaporte mexicano.

Nota importante: La expedición del pasaporte es un trámite personal y debido a esto no puede llevarse a cabo por medio de un representante legal o gestor.

REQUISITOS BASICOS
Comparecer personalmente ante la Embajada de México en Turquía, sección consular en Ankara para solicitar el formato de solicitud y llenarlo con tinta negra en letra de molde.
Presentar pasaporte anterior y fotocopia (En el caso de canje de pasaporte no digital, deberá presentar también Acta de nacimiento emitida y certificada por Oficial del Registro Civil o por Cónsul Mexicano (que no sea extemporánea, esto es, que el interesado haya sido registrado dentro del primer año de nacido).
Tres fotografías a color, de frente, sin anteojos, rostro descubierto, fondo blanco, tamaño pasaporte (3.5 x 4.5 cm.), tomadas con una anterioridad no mayor de 30 días en un estudio.
Pago de derechos, conforme a la tarifa mensual vigente. Sólo se aceptan pagos en efectivo en la oficina consular.

MENORES DE EDAD
Los menores de 3 años sólo tienen derecho a pasaporte con validez de un año.
Los mayores de 3 años y menores de 18 años tienen derecho a pasaportes con validez por uno, tres o seis años.

Cuando los padres (o tutores) y el menor se encuentren en la República de Turquía:
- Los padres (o tutores) deberán acudir personalmente con el menor a cualquiera de las oficinas de la circunscripción de la Embajada.
- Presentar pasaporte anterior del menor
- Presentar copia certificada del acta de nacimiento mexicana
- Tres fotografías a color, de frente sin anteojos, rostro descubierto, FONDO BLANCO, tamaño pasaporte (3.5 x 4.5 cm.), tomadas con una anterioridad no mayor de 30 días en un estudio.
- Requisitar forma OP-7 y solicitud de pasaporte y estampar huellas y firmar en presencia del personal consular.
- Los padres (o tutores) deberán presentar sus pasaportes originales y fotocopia de los mismos.
- Pago de derechos, conforme a la tarifa mensual vigente. Sólo se aceptan pagos en efectivo.

Cuando los padres o uno de ellos se encuentren en otro país y el /la menor en la República de Turquía.
El padre y/o la madre deberán acudir a la Delegación de la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores u oficina consular mas cercana a su domicilio con su pasaporte para tramitar formato OP-7 para que la oficina misma la remita vía electrónica a la Embajada de México en Berlín.

Cuando los padres o tutores se encuentran en la República de Turquía y el menor en México.
Los padres o tutores deberán acudir a la oficina consular mas cercana con su pasaporte para requisitar el formato OP7, el cual será enviado a la oficina expedidora donde se encuentre el menor.

PASAPORTE DE EMERGENCIA
Para casos de robo, extravío o situaciones de emergencia, esta Embajada expedirá pasaportes con vigencia máxima de un año.
A partir de noviembre de 2008, existe un nuevo sistema para la emisión de pasaportes, por un año, para casos de urgencia y dado que éste realiza la toma de fotografía, firma y huellas digitales, se requiere la presencia física del interesado en la Sección Consular de la Embajada de México.
Los documentos a presentar son los siguientes:
1) En caso de pasaporte extraviado o robado de preferencia presentar copia del mismo o indicar datos como fecha, lugar de expedición y número.
2) Según el caso, acta levantada ante la policía correspondiente o acta levantada ante la Oficina de Objetos Perdidos.
3) Copia certificada de acta de nacimiento

4) Dos fotografías a color, de frente, sin lentes, rostro descubierto, fondo blanco, tamaño pasaporte (3.5 x 4.5 cm.), tomadas con una anterioridad no mayor de 30 días en un estudio.

5) Una identificación mexicana con fotografía que puede ser:

- Credencial del IFE,
- Cartilla Militar,
- Licencia de conducir mexicana,
- O alguna otra identificación mexicana vigente.

6) Menores de edad: Adicionalmente a los anteriores requisitos, comparecencia personal de ambos padres con sus pasaportes vigentes, o con dos identificaciones oficiales que contengan foto y firma. En caso de que solamente uno de los padres cuente con la patria potestad, deberá acreditarlo con el documento correspondiente

7) Pago de derechos conforme a la tarifa mensual vigente.

Sección Consular de la Embajada de México en Türkiye ofrece servicios de documentación, asistencia y protección consular a los mexicanos residentes la circunscripción territorial de la representación diplomática que comprende: la República de Türkiye, Georgia, la República de Kazajstán y la República de Turkmenistán.

Particularmente, de conformidad con la Convención de Viena sobre Relaciones Consulares de 1963, el Artículo 44 de la Ley del Servicio Exterior Mexicano y el Artículo 78 de su Reglamento, a la Sección Consular corresponden las acciones de protección de los derechos de los nacionales mexicanos, las funciones de registro civil y notarial, expedición de pasaportes, auxilio en el trámite de la cartilla militar, expedición de visas para nacionales extranjeros, entre otros.

GELİR SAĞLAYAN FAALİYETLERDE BULUNMA İZNİ OLMAYAN ZİYARETÇİ VİZESİ (TURİZM/İŞ)

İstenilen belgeler:

  1. En az altı ay geçerliliği olan pasaport.
  2. Eksiksiz doldurulmuş başvuru formu. (arkalı önlü tek sayfa halinde basılmış)
  3. Arkası beyaz fonlu, gözlüksüz 4.5 x 3.5 cm ebatlarında vesikalık vize fotoğrafı. (Türbanlı fotoğraflar, pasaportundaki fotoğraf da türbanlı ise kabul edilir).
  4. Görev tanımınızı ve işe başladığınız tarihi içeren çalıştığınız şirket tarafından verilen bir yazı.
  5. Son üç ayın maaş bordrosu.
  6. Kişisel banka hesap özeti (son 3 aylık)
  7. Pasaport fotokopisi (ilk ve son sayfa) (A4 ebatında olmalıdır)
  8. Vize ücreti (36 USD)

Davetiyeler:

Başvuran kişinin, Meksika’dan resmi ya da özel bir kuruluştan davetiye alması durumunda, başvuran kişi şu aşağıdaki bilgileri sunmakla yükümlüdür:

I.       Kişinin isim ve soyismi (pasaportundakiyle aynı olmak kaydıyla) ve milliyeti.

II.      Kuruluşun Resmi Sicil Kaydı ve İsmi (Razón Social de la organización o institución)

III.     Kuruluşun Resmi sicil kaydı numarası.

IV.        Kurum ya da kuruluşun faaliyet/kuruluş amacı. (resmi ya da özel)

V.        Kurum ya da kuruluşun adresi ve tüm iletişim bilgileri.

VI.        Davetlinin kuruluşta yapacağı proje veya faaliyet bilgisi.

VII.        Davetlinin üstleneceği faaliyetin tahmini süresi.

VIII.        Kurum ya da kuruluşun yazdığı mektupta davetli kişinin Meksika’da bulunduğu süre boyunca tüm masraflarının kuruluş tarafından karşılanacağı ve ikamet ettiği ülkesine dönüşünü temin ettiklerini belirtmeleri gerekmektedir.

IX.        Bu mektubu imzalayan kişinin resminin ve imzasının bulunduğu resmi kimliğinin bir sureti.

6 aydan daha fazla bir süre okuma amacıyla Meksika’da kalmak isteyen kişilerin, şu aşağıda belgeleri sunmaları gerekmektedir:

  4. Meksika’daki okul veya üniversiteden verilen kabul mektubunun (akseptans) aslı.
    • Öğrencinin öğrenimini tamamlaması için burs alması halinde bu hususun mektupta mutlaka belirtilmesi gereklidir.
  5. Meksika’daki tüm masraflarını ve yolculuk masraflarını karşılayacağını belgeyen öğrencinin ebeveynleri, sponsoru veya yasal vasisi tarafından imzalanmış yazı. Bu belgenin noter tarafından onaylanmış olması gerekmektedir.
  6. Öğrencinin ebeveyni, sponsoru ya da yasal vasisinin banka hesap özeti (son üç aylık).
  7. Pasaport fotokopisi (ilk ve son sayfa)
  8. Vize ücreti (36 USD).

İstenilen belgeler:

  4. Seyahatinizin süresini belirten şirketiniz tarafından verilen üst yazının aslı.
  5. Meksika’da kazanç sağlayan herhangi bir faaliyette bulunmayarak, herhangi etkinliğe davet eden Meksika kuruluşunun (özel veya kamu) davet mektubunun aslı.
  6. Bu mektupta şu hususlar yer almalıdır:
    1. Kişinin adı ve soyadı (pasaportundakiyle aynı olmak kaydıyla) ve milliyeti.
    2. Kuruluşun resmi kaydı veya ismi (Razón Social de la organización o institución)

  8. Davet edildiği faaliyeti gerçekleştirebileceği deneyime sahip olduğunu kanıtlayan bir belge. (Örnek: Diploma veya öğrenim belgesi).
  9. Şahsi banka hesap özeti (son 3 aylık)
  10. Maaş bordrosu (son 3 aylık)
  11. Pasaport fotokopisi (ilk ve son sayfa)

TYPES OF VISAS

ELECTRONIC VISA

Holders of Turkish ordinary (red) passports may travel to Mexico using an e-visa. This kind of visa is obtained on-line, without paying any fee on the following website:

VISITOR VISA WITHOUT PERMISSION TO DO REMUNERATIVE ACTIVITIES (TOURISM/BUSINESS VISA)

Requirements:

  1. Passport valid for at least six months.
  2. Application form duly filled. (printed in one page, double sided)
  3. One recent visa size photograph (4.5 CM X 3.5 CM), white background, without glasses. (Photos wearing headscarf are admitted only if the applicant appears veiled in her passport)
  4. Cover letter given by your company indicating the date in which you started to work and your functions.
  5. Payslips (last 3 months))
  6. Personal bank account statements (last 3 months).
  7. Photocopy of the passport (first and last page).
  8. Visa fee (36 USD)

Invitations:

In case the applicant obtains an invitation letter issued by a Mexican public or private institution, it must present the following information:

I.        Complete name of the person (same as in the passport) and nationality.

II.        Official Registry or Denomination of the organization. (Razón Social de la organización o institución)

III.        Number of the official registry, if it corresponds to the organization.

IV.        Mission/objective of the organization or institution (private or public).

V.        Complete address and contact information of the organization or institution.

VI.        Information of the activity or project that the guest is doing in the organization.

VII.        Estimated duration of the activity that the guest will undertake.

VIII.        The letter will have to mention explicitly the commitment of the organization or institution to cover all expenses of the person invited during his/her stay in Mexico and the commitment of his return to his/her country of residence.

IX.        Copy of an official identification with signature and photography of the person that will sign this letter.

Original and photocopy of bank statements or investment proofs of the organization or institution (last 12 months).

NOTES

  • All documents submitted must reflect complete name as shown in passport.
  • Personal presence of the applicant is mandatory for biometric process and interview.
  • The visas are granted on the same day, if the applicant fulfils all the visa requirements.

STUDENT VISA

Those who intend to stay in Mexico more than 6 months to study need a student visa.

Requirements:

  1. Passport valid for at least six months.
  2. Application form duly filled (printed in one page, double sided).
  3. One recent visa size photograph (4.5 CM X 3.5 CM), white background, without glasses. (Photos wearing headscarf are admitted only if the applicant appears veiled in her passport)
  1. Original Letter of acceptance from  the institution where the applicant intends to study (must include: Student's name, degree  and area of study that will be pursued, name of the course, start and end dates of the course, cost of school fees, school's contact information In the case that the student received a scholarship for his/her studies, it should be indicated in the letter.
    • In the case that the student received a scholarship for his/her studies, it should be indicated in the letter.
  2. Letter from the student's parent, sponsor or legal guardian certifying that he/she will pay all the expenses and round trip. This document must be notarized and authenticated.
  3. Bank statement from the student’s parent, sponsor or legal guardian (last 3 months).
  4. Income Tax Return from the student’s parent, sponsor or legal guardian (1 year).
  5. Photocopy of the passport (first and last page).
  6. Visa Fee (36 USD)

NOTES

  • All documents submitted must reflect complete name as shown in passport.
  • Personal presence of the applicant is mandatory for biometric process and interview.
  • The visas are granted on the same day, if the applicant fulfils all the visa requirements.

TEMPORARY RESIDENCE WITHOUT PERMISSION TO DO REMUNERATIVE ACTIVITIES

Applicable to foreigners who intend to enter Mexico in order to remain for more than 180 days and not more than four years without earning any remuneration in the country.

Requirements:

  1. Passport valid for at least six months.
  2. Application form duly filled (Printed in one page, double sided).
  3. One recent visa size photograph (4.5 CM X 3.5 CM), white background, without glasses. (Photos wearing headscarf are admitted only if the applicant appears veiled in her passport)
  4. Original cover letter given by your company indicating the length of your trip.
  5. Original letter of invitation from the Mexican organization (public or private) who invites a person to participate in an activity without earning any remuneration in the country.
  6. This letter must contain the following details:
    1. Complete name of the person (same as in the passport) and nationality.
    2. Official Registry or Denomination of the organization. (Razón Social de la organización o institución)
    3. Number of the official registry, if it corresponds to the organization.
    4. Mission/objective of the organization or institution (private or public).
    5. Complete address and contact information of the organization or institution.
    6. Information of the activity or project that the guest is doing in the organization.
    7. Estimated duration of the activity that the guest will undertake.
    8. The letter will have to explicitly mention the commitment of the organization or institution to cover all expenses of the person invited during his/her stay in Mexico and the commitment of his return to his/her country of residence.
    9. Copy of an official identification with signature and photography of the person that will sign this letter.
  7. Original and photocopy of bank statements or investment proofs of the organization or institution in Mexico (last 12 months)
  8. A document attesting that the applicant has the experience to carry out the activity for which he is invited (example: original degree or educational certificate).
  9. Personal Bank Statement (last 3 months).
  10. Pay slips (last 3 months).
  11. Photocopy of the passport (first and last page)
  12. Visa fee (36 USD)

NOTE:
