PROHIBITION OF AGRIFOOD PRODUCTS AND BY-PRODUCTS FOR TOURIST IMPORT
The National Health, Safety and Agri-Food Quality authority (SENASICA) strengthens preventative measures against H1N1 virus (Swine Flu)

Travellers coming from the countries listed below are advised that import of meat products originating from those places is prohibited.
- Burundi
- China
- Ivory Coast
- Estonia
- Hungary
- Kenya
- Latvia
- Lithuania
- Mali
- Moldavia
- Poland
- Czech Republic
- Romania
- Russia
- South Africa
- Ukraine
- Zambia
Travellers must declare whether they have had contact with farm or zoo animals during their stay in the above-mentioned countries, within fifteen days prior to travelling to Mexico.
