St Mark’s Community School Day of the Dead Altar

The Embassy of Mexico in Ireland is very grateful to St. Mark's Community School for taking part in the 2021
Altars / Tombs Competition, within the framework of the Mexican celebration of The Day of the Dead.
 
Among the 11 Tombs and Altars that were set up in the Embassy’s garden to promote this Mexican tradition,
The Day of the Dead, St Mark's Community School Altar got the highest number of votes,
thanks to its presentation from an Irish perspective.
 
The Embassy of Mexico recognizes the effort that the students, teachers and parents
put into this project, which resulted in the school community’s better understanding
one of the most representative Mexican traditions: The Day of the Dead.
