Access to the Visa Section is by appointment only.
To make an appointment for collection and to get payment details:
Monday to Friday 11:00 a 13:00 hrs.
NOTE: We advice applicants to submit documents at least 2 weeks prior to intended travel date to Mexico.
Consular Services to the public under appointment only:
Monday to Friday 9:30 a 11:00 hrs.
Enquiries over the phone only:
Monday to Friday 11:00 a 13:00 hrs.
Note: If you arrive at the Consular Office without an appointment you may be turned away. An appointment for a Visa may only be scheduled through the telephone line.
Appointments cannot be scheduled by email.
