Transit visa

How can I apply for a transit visa?

There are no transit visas for Mexico.

If you have a flight with a layover in Mexico, you will need to either:

  1. have a valid Mexican visa
  2. hold a passport issued by a country listed here or
  3. comply with one of the exceptions to enter Mexico without a visitor visa.
